Keep it up and Pass it On!!

Marshall Ecker's Blog is getting some attention, with his question to the citizens about whether or not they would like to see the Sunday Blue laws abolished. If you haven't left a comment, please go to his blog and do it - and then pass it on to all your friends and tell them to do the same...let's get this question out to the citizens....we can grow this thing - but we all have to help!

Very well put, Mr. Ecker...

"I voted to place this on the Ballot for Mr. Ingram’s District because this would help the local winery, which is a farming operation in Pittsylvania County and the State of Virginia is fast becoming known for is wines from local producers. This would allow the citizens in Callands-Gretna District to decide for themselves if they want to have Sunday sales of Beer and wine. If we want to keep and obey old Blue laws than we need to close all stores and restaurants on Sunday not just the sales of certain items. Someone has to work Sundays in those establishments to provide us with food or goods that we buy. We can also chose not to buy things on Sunday, that’s why it’s still a free County."
